How do you authenticate the coins you sell?

Every coin passes a physical examination before listing — weight, diameter, edge reeding, and surface characteristics are checked against known standards. For key-date and high-value pieces, third-party grading (PCGS or NGC) is standard. Raw coins are listed only when I'm confident in their authenticity and the price reflects the ungraded status.

What grading scale do you use?

The American Numismatic Association (ANA) grading scale — the same standard used by PCGS and NGC. Grades are assigned conservatively: when a coin sits between two grades, the lower one is listed. I'd rather undersell a coin than oversell it.

Are your bullion prices fixed or spot-referenced?

Bullion is priced relative to live spot at the time of inquiry. The listing shows the approximate spot multiple (e.g., ~1.05× spot for common silver rounds). Final price is confirmed at time of purchase to reflect current spot. Numismatic premiums are fixed and disclosed separately.

How do you handle returns or disputes?

If an item arrives not as described — wrong grade, wrong coin, or any discrepancy from the listing — contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will issue a full refund including return shipping. No restocking fees. No arguments. My reputation is worth more than any single sale.

Do you buy coins and bullion as well as sell?

Yes. I buy selectively — primarily Morgan and Peace dollars, pre-1933 U.S. gold, and 90% silver. If you have something to sell, use the contact form with a description and photos. I respond to every inquiry personally.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank wire, check, and money order are preferred for larger transactions. Zelle and Venmo are available for smaller purchases. Payment terms are confirmed at time of inquiry. I do not accept credit cards — the chargeback risk is incompatible with the trust-based model I operate.
